Hi there. Thanks for the report and sorry for the inconvenience. This is a known issue and it has been forwarded to the relevant parties. We are currently working on a fix however there is no estimated time as to when it will be fixed. Nevertheless, please refrain from swapping your pokemon to the first slot last minute as this error will occur.
