I am very sorry about this frustrating experience. Please perform a clean installation. You should completely remove all PRO related files including the initial download, uninstall the client you have, and also clear your cache. You can use a program such as CCleaner for the latter. After completely removing PRO from your platform, download the client again here.

I am sorry, but I do not have a video. You need to uninstall PRO. You also need to move the PRO zip file you downloaded from the website to the trash can. Delete it.
