Hello fabiocatita, I am very sorry about this frustrating experience. Please perform a clean installation. You should completely remove all PRO related files including the initial download, uninstall the client you have, and also clear your cache. You can use a program such as CCleaner for the latter. You also need to move the PRO zip file you downloaded from the website to the trash can. Delete it. After you have removed PRO from your computer, you need to go to the following link: https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner. Download the program from this link and use it to clear you computer's cache. After you complete these steps, redownload and install the client here. Please let me know if this information was easier to understand.
