I'm trying to download the game after around 3 months hiatus, and I can't seem to get it to download. The link opens in a new window, and nothing much else happens. Can someone help or tell me what is going on?

All i get after downloading is a blank .rar file : https://prntscr.com/9nmlgd which I can't even open. :(

Tried both Firefox and Internet Explorer too, same issue occurs.

Do you have Anti-Virus running that maybe blocks the download? Something Like Norton, Avira, Avast or something like that?
