Unfortunately there is no estimated time as to when the Halloween Quest will be released. Nevertheless, you can keep an eye out in #announcements in our Official PRO Discord and in Announcements. Please do note that PRO Staff are simply volunteers and act in their own time. If you're asking if there will be an event in November or December, you can find out more when the event is near.
