If you still can't battle him with it in your party, please attach a screenshot of what the NPC says. Looking forward to your response. Sorry for the inconvenience. I've checked your variables and it seems as if you've already battled Mehcanmet before. This boss is not rechallengable and therefore you can't battle him again, despite having your Nidoking. I'm really sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.
