Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. It seems as if you haven't completed the 8th gym in Sinnoh. You'll be able to move your pokemon from other regions into your party once you acquire the Beacon Badge.

Hi there. Just to clarify, your locked pokemon were unlocked after beating the 7th gym in Sinnoh? In this current client? You aren't meant to be able to use locked pokemon until the 8th gym.
