Hey guys,

 

So i bought yesterday the 25% xp boost with the new PRO android app but can't find them in the backpack. I restarted the app a few times, waited.. and looked again, still nothing.

Then i thought, maybe I selected the wrong item or didn't select any.. I honestly didn't pay much attention. But the credit was gone, so pretty sure i bought one.

But i bought another one, just to see if it was a bug or i just couldn't find it. And yes, still nothing in my bag.

What can i do?

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. I've gone over and checked your inventory and it seems as if your EXP Boosts are indeed there, so there is nothing to worry about. This is simply a visual glitch caused by the new client, and will be fixed in due time with a new client that will be released in the near future. You can keep an eye out in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord for when it's fixed.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. The EXP Boost is now visible, but it currently unactivatable. This has been reported to our Developers and has been fixed. It'll take effect after the next restart or server crash. After this has happened, could you please check if it now works for you?
