I've gone over and checked your inventory and it seems as if your EXP Boosts are indeed there, so there is nothing to worry about. This is simply a visual glitch caused by the new client, and will be fixed in due time with a new client that will be released in the near future. You can keep an eye out in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord for when it's fixed. As for the pokemon in your PC, you'll simply have to wait until the 8th gym to access it. This is because this is a very tedious task with regards to manipulating the pokemon in the database and so many other users are affected by this issue. Your pokemon will be available to you once again after the 8th gym in the region you're in.
