Hello, I decided with a friend to test this new attack of 7G to see if its side effect was coded or not.

 

 

 

And as the video shows it it is not.

Since the first attack did not have any effect on Heatran, Stomping Tantrum would have doubled the damage and the OHKO, instead of it only made the normal damage.
