I'm really sorry about this frustrating experience. You are able to view all spawns for the starters with the Reborn bot on Discord. You simply need to type the command [iCODE]^s [Pokemon] [/iCODE]which will list the spawn locations, time, rarity tier, etc. You should replace "Pokemon" with the Pokemon you want information about and exclude the brackets.

 

The rarity tier of these starters is 9.5. This is very rare and it may take awhile to find. Once again, I apologize for the frustration that this has caused you. Please let me know if you have any other questions pertaining to this topic.

Yes please just tell me where to go to find the halloween charmander so i can stop searching and continue playing if you do not mind.

I would greatly prefer to be told a location over a link to a discord i do not have, do you know where it is? Cinnabar perhaps? Or a new area entirely. I do not have discord

Alternatively you could use your in-game Pokedex to see the locations of these Pokemon. The Halloween event-themed Pokemon all spawn in the Pokedex locations.
