i have audio problem.... any suggest to fix??

Could you please describe what kind of "audio problem" do you have?

Do you not hear sounds in specific maps or the total game has no sound? Do you hear any particular glitch sound or weird sound even if everything is muted?

 

In the case that you do not hear anything, check that your device volume is not disabled.

If that's not the case, you may want to try the following procedure:

  • Delete PRO Client/Application and all the files (.rar /.apk included)
  • Delete all the related/remaining files of PRO (e.g temporary files), you can use a free software like Ccleaner to do that in the easiest way. Also, if you are from smartphone, remember to restart your phone.
  • Download the latest and most updated client from PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD PAGE

 

If that should not fix your issue, you may want to wait for the new client, that should be released in the near future.

 

There is not a estimated time for when the new client will be released, however an announce will be made on the OFFICIAL PRO Discord once it will be released.

Also, try to check if in the settings of the game the audio is activated

total game has no sound... about the setting, i copy my friends setting that has no audio problem, but still no audio

 

Copying other people settings should not be helpful, it's always better to do a clean install as stated above.

If you confirm that you already tried that and that didn't fix anything, i suggest you to wait for the new client, that should be released in the near future.
