I was trying to sell a Kangaskhan to a person who desperately needed, but I didn't have it, and he used some extremely dirty words. Is it reportable because it was kind of mean. Will he get a warning or something or is that just allowed?

Offensive language is somewhat of a grey area dependent on one thing. If used in an insulting and degrading manner to another user, or just grossly used just to troll really, then you can report the users and the staff normally will handle it for you under what they see fit in the situation.

You trying to sell a pokemon you do not have in the first place? Somewhat sounds wrong to me.

Of course, it is also not right to use foul langauage in a kid's game...

...but you broke the trust, between the seller and the buyer. That is really bad.

Hi there. Harrassment and Foul Language is definitely reportable. As quoted from our Chat Rules,

1. No Foul Language or Profanity

Foul language or profanity in any form will not be tolerated, whether filtered or not. Similarly, avoiding the profanity filter will also lead to punishment.

 

However, you must also read on our Trade Rules. What you did this person is against the rules and therefore, is a reportable offense as well.

11. Fake Offering/Selling/Bidding with no intention to buy/sell is prohibited.
