Hello everyone.

 

i tried to evolve my rotom into rotom-wash in route 120 with a rare candy and the game freezed, i could still write but i could not see what was going on screen. Im worried because my rotom is currently level 99, i tried it 3 times, and it got bugged all 3.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience you experienced.

 

As stated by Fluffles in another thread related to the same topic, this error was caused by an ID issue of the Rotom Evolutions within the game.

Please, refrain to try to evolve your rotom for now cause it is not possible to evolve it because of this error.

PRO STAFF is already aware of that and is working on a fix, but unfortunately there is not an estimated time for when the error will be fixed.

 

You can keep an eye out in the #announcements channel on the OFFICIAL PRO Discord to be notified when further announcements will be made.

 

In case you already tried to evolve it again and it reached the level 100, you can request a delevel in the following thread EVOLUTION AND DELEVELING REQUEST MEGATHREAD.

First of all i would like to thank you for your answer. This said, i appreciate the information and i will be aware of the bug and when it gets fixed with the given information. Fortunately my rotom is level 99 and i can still evolve him. The only issue is i cant test him PvP.

    Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. The bug should now be fixed and you should now be able to evolve him at Route 120 into Rotom-Wash. There's an Evolution tutor for Rotom at Hearthrome city too if needed.
