Hello, I want to report a bug that took away absolutely all my pokeballs, just the day before I spent 50k in pokeballs and they disappeared, in total with which I had a total of 503 pokeballs but the next day I went to vermillion and I was shown a squiertle but when I went to catch it I realized that I did not have pokeballs so I asked several if it had happened but they said no, and I reported the bug, I hope they please fix it and if I can return my pokeballs because I sincerely I spend the money and I can not get more just have 2 pokeballs right now that I just bought plz I need help urgently, thanks.

Hi there. I've gone over and checked your variables and I'm glad to inform you that your pokeballs are fine. Yes, all 565 of your Pokeballs and 3 of your Great Balls are fine. It seems as if you're in the middle of the Pinkan Island Quest. You'll have to completely finish the Pinkan Island Quest to get your Pokeballs back.
