Hi there. Please do note that Boss has been transferred to Dock Island, in the house to the very left across the water. You can access Dock Island by talking to the Sailor in Olivine City. Do note that you need to have completed the Johto Elite 4 before you can go there. The requirements for Boss are as follows: 6 level 100 pokemon, 200 hours playtime.
