Old accound bugged after relogging in new servers

I relogged after many months being offline (last time I logged I was in Goldenrod City), but after the servers change I found myself in Pallet Town with my old Johto team, but NO BADGES, BUGGED POKÉDEX and with no chance to leave Pallet, for being stuck in the Eevee quest.

 

My ign is Kyrios2557, and I don't remember if I was logged on red or blue server originally. I hope there's a way to fix my old account because I don't wanna start all over again. It took me so long to get that team!

Hello there! Upon checking, I see that your progress on the Blue Server. It is correct that you have to merge, but it seems as if you have picked the Red server as your main server instead.

 

Nevertheless, I can request to have your account unmerged, but please be sure to choose the correct server as your main server because we will not be unmerging your account for you again if you fail to do so. Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged. I recommend that you don't make any trades on your Silver account as well as that would make it so we cannot carry on with the unmerge. Also, there is no ETA as to when your account will be unmerged as our Admisn may be busy.
