Hi there. Can you please specify the error your receiving? Nevertheless, can you please try all of the following?

  • Delete all your PRO files and download the PRO Files from here
  • Clear cache and cookies on your browser
  • Download the client from another browser, like Firefox
  • Reset app permissions

Hi there. Could you please list me the specs of your phone? Also, could you give me the error your receive? Lastly, could you please give me your internet speed from speedtest.net? These questions will help me troubleshoot your issue further.
