I have a problem when I connect to silver server (I can connect to gold server, but I don't play gold server). It said connection lost, I had tried to restart my computer, it still doesn't work.

BUT, If turn on 3g (I don't know in your country have them, 3G/4G), I could connect into silver server and play normally, does my home wifi's IP get banned ?

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. First of all, could you please restart your router and try to connect? If his doesn't work, could you please try to use a VPN or a proxy? This should allow you to log on Silver.
