i have beaten red in mt silver and i have access to ceru cave,which means i have collected 120 kanto mons and 34 evos.But in saffron station,there is still not an option to trainers valley,Please help.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Are you sure you're talking to the correct Police Officer? Do note that you'll have to pay 5,000 dollars to get to the Subway area in the first place. Afterwards, take the stairs and talk to the Police Officer. He should tell you about a new area called Trainer's Valley and allow you to go there for an extra 10,000 Pokedollars.
