Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. It seems as if you've only beaten the first trainer, Symphonia. Therefore, you'll have to beat the second trainer Indragiri which can be found in the Ilex Forest in Johto. Do note that you need to show him an OT Illumise in order for him to battle you.
