Hello there is a problem,when i open my Game my character is a white Block,the whole chat says Welcome and i cant move i have a Screenshot but it says its too big to upload.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try to upload your screenshot so I can understand your issue better? You can refer to our Forum Images Guide for different ways to add an image on the forum. Nevertheless, please try to restart your router or internet connection and fully restart your client. If you're stuck in-game, please try the following:

▪︎ Try Alt+Tab

▪︎ Use an Escape Rope

▪︎ Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter

▪︎ Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar

▪︎ Log out, and then back in

▪︎ Close the whole client and start PRO again
