Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. It seems as if you haven't battled one of the dogs. You can find them in the locations listed below. You must've gotten one of their seen data elsewhere, most likely from a battle. If you need further help with the quest, please check out our Legendary Megathread. - : Johto Safari Mountain Zone (You'll need Rock Smash to get to him) -: Tohjo Falls (You'll need Waterfall to get to him) - : Mt.
