Flautouw Posted November 21, 2018 Share Posted November 21, 2018 Hello, i did start the Psyduck hat quest, and i did found a psyduck on Route 20, but i can't find any other on the 3 place left (route 12, vermillion city and celadon city), i suggest the quest to be bugged, i can't achieve it, i did escape the game and log in again but still no 2nd psyduck.
