Could you please tell me what is the exact message of error you get while doing the login?

 

Also, could you please clarify if that's an error you get everytime or only when your brother is connected.

If you can't access when your brother is connected, could you please try and tell me what happens when your brother try to access when you are playing.

Take note that some connection limit the amount of devices connected. Could you please contact your provider and ask to them about that?
