Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. This is an error that usually occurs on older systems. Could you please try to update your graphical drivers and operating system? If you're still unable to see your character, you may have to wait until the more updated client is released soon. Please stay tuned in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord for further announcements.
