I have defeated the Hoenn E4, talked to the security guard, and talked to wattson. However, two Magnetons are blocking my wat and i cannot pass and move on. Why?

I've fixed this bug, can you try to get to New Mauville again?

I still can't get in, the Magnetons are there. Im in the silver server
