cant log in silver server

Hi, sir, im sorry to tell u that i cant log in silver server. 15 hours ago, everything is okay . But now it show me with "loggin in..." and "connection lost". And, i still can log in and play game normaly in gold server. So, im alomostly sured that there‘s no problem with my network. Would u mind to do me a favor and give me some advice?

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try to restart your router or internet connection? Also, please check with the following questions.

▪︎ Are you using Proxy?

Try not using it, and then test again

 

▪︎ Are you trying to play at home/work/school?

Your school/work or any public connection, they could have had their IP blocked already or be blocking the game on their network, you would need to ask them to find if that's the case

 

It could also be your provider blocking the game, which case you could try contacting your internet provider to try and get it unblocked as seen in this post

You could also use a VPN although you should check you're allowed first.

hello, sir, i dont know what happen but today, now this problem appear again the same and it due to "log lost", im so sad that i cant play in silver server, then hope everything goes well in pro xmas time...

Hi there. Can you please try to play with a VPN? This should allow you to get on the server.
