Egg move takes money but not teaching move

I bought egg move 3 times total 45k money gone. Thought it was some kind of mistake or i thought maybe i misclicked etc. But after i saw 45k drop on my balance i m shocked.

I was trying to teach Ice shard to Phanphy. Can you please give my money back at least?. Thx.

We're sorry for the inconvenience.

 

I was not able to reconstruct the error. I tried with my Phanpy and everything worked fine.

Could you please delete/uninstall the client and all the remaining files on your device, temporary files included.

After that, download again the latest version of the client from POKEMON REVOLUTION DOWNLOAD and see if Phanpy has the move or try to teach it by using the egg move NPC.

 

Take note that, unfortunately, we're not able to refund you of your loss money because this would be unfair towards other players.

Although its absurd to not being refunded for just that reason ''unfair''. It would be more logical if u asked me evidence you know? i feel unsecure at this point. And I dont have enough evidince to show you that im actually ripped off. Btw i did u what u said and problem solved. Thanks i guess :/
