Crashed out of gold server and it won't connect?

Um, I just crashed out of the gold server and I can't tell if it happened to everyone or just me, I tried connecting to silver and it works fine and the site says that both servers are working fine. Could someone help me out on what happened?

 

Also my brother who was playing crashed at the same time as I did.

Hi there. The servers are currently down due to technical difficulties. We are aware of this issue and it has been forwarded to the relevant parties. However, we are unable to give an ETA as to when the servers will be up once again. Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash.

 

Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the General Support Rules. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once this issue has been resolved. You can check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our Discord.

 

As this is a known issue, and I can’t offer you much of a fix as of now, I’ll now be locking this thread.
