Hello, I am having a problem and have been for the last couple of months being able to log in to the server. I tried contacting staff about it and have never gotten a response. I have also updated my client and tried to log in again using the same credentials I have used and use on the forum as well. Please help. How do I solve this? I don't want to lose all of my progress and poke's. I have spent a lot of time and money to get where I am in game. Please help.

We're sorry for the inconvenience.

We would like to inform you that the servers are currently offline for a Maintenance.

There is not an estimated time for when the servers will be online again, you can keep an eye out in the OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD to be notified for when they will.

You can also check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands on our discord

 

However, the client have been updated today. If you didn't do that already, could you please download it from PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD PAGE and try to access the servers when they will be online?

If you won't be able to access the servers when they will be online, please check the following things:

▪︎ Are you using Proxy?

Try not using it, and then test again

 

▪︎ Are you trying to play at home/work/school?

Your school/work or any public connection, they could have had their IP blocked already or be blocking the game on their network, you would need to ask them to find if that's the case

 

It could also be your provider blocking the game, which case you could try contacting your internet provider to try and get it unblocked as seen in this post

You could also use a VPN although you should check you're allowed first.

 

Also, can you please tell me what is the error you receive while you normally try to access the game?

Take note that you will have to wait for the servers going back online to be able to test it.

This was prior to the server being down. I had my friend log in who I play with and he was able to do so. We haven't played in a while but it has been the same amount of time since we have played. My service provider has never restricted me from playing but there have been times when I do play with a VPN. I do connect from home though. I checked my password, it is the same as it has been for the forum as well.

It tells me "Invalid Username or Password"

Could you please log in the DASHBOARD and change your password making sure to use an alphanumerical one? (characters from A to Z and 0 to 9, other characters such as a # are not allowed)

You may have to try to change it couple of times before it working.

I did just change my password but only once and tried to login but it did not work. Should I try to do so again?

I have tried changing the password twice and still no luck.

Could you please delete the client and all the remaining files, temporary files included (.zip and files in the trashbin too) and then redownload the latest client from PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD PAGE. You can use a software like CCLEANER to help you delete the temporary files in the easiest way.

 

If that should not solve your issue, please clear cache and cookies, then try to use a different browser and change again your password from the DASHBOARD making sure again to choose an alphanumerical one.

Also, be sure to type the correct password while you try to make the log in.

 

Let me know if you have been successful to fix your issue with the said methods.
