Could you please delete the client and all the remaining files, temporary files included (.zip and files in the trashbin too) and then redownload the latest client from PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD PAGE. You can use a software like CCLEANER to help you delete the temporary files in the easiest way. If that should not solve your issue, please clear cache and cookies, then try to use a different browser and change again your password from the DASHBOARD making sure again to choose an alphanumerical one. Also, be sure to type the correct password while you try to make the log in. Let me know if you have been successful to fix your issue with the said methods. Have a great day ! It worked!
