For xmas event I went into new mauville after speaking to wattson outside (I didn't read what he said) and I spoke to his NPC in the power plant of New Mauville. I was then tped to mauville center but I couldn't access teleport center. It didn't seem to work in all other centers the officers redirecting me to wattson.

When I went back into new mauville, Wattson relaunched the tp quest that I have to redo to gain access again to the tp of Hoenn (the 3computers thing and so on...)

Did the tp quest again and got my TP back.

Hopwever I'm not the only one affected by this bug, spoke with a french guy who had same issue too.
