HKO moves are bugged / sturdy

Hello! I've seen in pvp some user spaming sheer cold and I've noticed that HKO moves are terribly bugged. It's just not about doubtful accuracy they've got, it's about affecting pokémon with sturdy ability.

"Pokémon with the Sturdy ability are also immune to One Hit KO moves. "

Using Guillotine, Horn drill or Fisure continues having a pass because some pokémon type (fly & ghost) are inmune to them but Sheer cold affects all pokémon and with this bug any pokémon is saved. I think it would be appropriate to check it and try to fix it :Shy:
