Sorry for the inconvenience. It seems as if you had the Mini-MS Medallion. It is also the only MS Medallion you had on Silver. Your membership expired last November 29th. Therefore, it seems as if you have used the Mini-MS Medallion and didn't lose it. Hope this clarifies things for you.
