i cant logging in gold server

Hello today with a mistake that I can not get into the gold server because of a loading error for a while and then it disappears and the problem is not my internet because I can get into the silver without error only in the gold that I can not and the gold ta my main account and my account has not been banned because I checked it please help repeating not my internet and I have re-registered the logo several times

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try to restart your router or internet connection? if this doesn't work, please check with the following questions.

▪︎ Are you using Proxy?

Try not using it, and then test again

 

▪︎ Are you trying to play at home/work/school?

Your school/work or any public connection, they could have had their IP blocked already or be blocking the game on their network, you would need to ask them to find if that's the case

 

It could also be your provider blocking the game, which case you could try contacting your internet provider to try and get it unblocked as seen in this post

You could also use a VPN although you should check you're allowed first.
