Lance doesnt want to fight me I dont know why. I have 6 lvl 100 pokemon (3 from my own) I come with 5 lvl 100 on me and he dosnt want. I have 104 hours playtime, 360 pokemon seen, 258 caught, all kanto .. I beat the dragonite lvl 120 and I spoke many time to the cerulean cave guard.

 

This is a bug or ? Some people managed to fight just by having 3 pokemon lvl 100 and having spoken to the guard so I do not understand why he does not want.

You need 6 level 100s on you at the time, not 5. Your whole team needs to be 100 when you battle him. If you're struggling with a surf pokemon, remember that lapras and magikarp enable you to surf without a pokemon with surf on you (as long as you have the correct badges which of course you do).
