Yesterday, i did fight with boss Misty. She gave me an Eletrizer but i couldn't find it anywhere. I tried to relog several times but no use.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. It seems as if you never got an Electirizer from Misty at all. It's not even in her prize pool. It also isn't on any of your pokemon. Nevertheless, there is an 8% chance that you get the item from the pokemon below at the following locations. You can also get one for free from Cerulean Cave B1F although do note that you have to have beaten Lance in Dragon's Den to enter. You can read more about it in the first part of the Egg Moves quest. You can also get it from certain dig spots and can purchase these from PvP Masters.

I swear Misty said that she had given the an Eletrizer but I couldn't find it anywhere. It should be a bug or some laggings but she had said that.

Hi there. Unfortunately I've even gone over and asked a Scripter to double check the items provided by Misty and she really does not give an Electirizer, therefore I am unable to do much for you. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you understand.
