Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. You won't be needing a delevel to evolve your pokemon as that is not how you are meant to evolve your Rotom anymore. Please head to one of the Department Stores and interact with the boxes on these floors. Please make sure you have the Rotom in your party.

They should then allow you to interact with different applicances. Since you want a Rotom-Wash, you'll have to interact with the Washing Machine. If you're curious, here are the corresponding tranformations.

Recall = Base Rotom

Microwave Oven = Rotom-Heat

Washing Machine = Rotom-Wash

Refrigerator = Rotom-Frost

Electric Fan = Rotom-Fan

Lawnmower = Rotom-Mow
