How to evolve to electabuzz to electrivare ??

I would like to inform you that there is an 8% chance that you get the item from the following pokemon at the following locations:

You can even buy that from any pvp master for 25 pvp-coins, find it by digging in the Slowpoke Well l1/Oreburgh Gate B1F and as a possible reward from the Celadon Daily quest.

You can also buy one from other players.

When you have obtained the Electirizer, drag it on your Pokemon and trade it to make it evolve.
