Is there a way to totally reset an account and start over from the beginning? I made some truly bad decisions on pokemon from the start, and I'd like to start over from scratch

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reset your progress as of now due to the topic being closed the 3rd September 2018. If you would like to reset your account you would have to wait until Admins open the topic again. Take note that there is not an estimated time for this happening.

Also, keep in mind that even if the topic would be open in this moment, you would not be able to reset since you would not meet the requirements. For future reference, you can check the thread and the requirements at this link: NAME CHANGE & ACCOUNT RESET.

 

Take note that. quoting our rules:

2. Each person is allowed a maximum of four owned accounts. You may only have one account per email.

That means that, if you have not reached yet the limit, you can create a new account with a different email and start a new adventure on the server you prefer.
