Bug of loading screen

same problem but,im running Windows 7 (dont know if it helps,but i let it run in "black" state, it totaly consume my remaining free RAM,in client state it takes all my proccessor power)

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please check as first thing if you meet the requirements to play the game:

Operating Systems: Windows 7+, Mac OS X 10.7+, Ubuntu 10.10+.

Graphics Card: DX9 (shader model 3.0) capabilities; generally everything made since 2004 should work.

CPU Speed: 2Ghz+ Processor recommended.

Ram: 2GB+ recommended.

yea, i have asus k53s, my pokemon PRO worked fine i have 600h+ i just started play recently again,but after patch in sunday(maybe day sooner or later) i was stuck with that black screen after trying to login in,and i tried all of the steps u mentioned.

Could you please check back the following:

  • Delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the new client found here
  • Restart your computer
  • Run the program as Administrator
  • Disable your Firewall and Reinstall.
  • Put all PRO Files in a different folder
  • Install .NET Framework 4.0 if client closes but patcher doesn't open.

Please, make sure to TRY ALL OF THEM ACCURATELY.
