I merged to the Silver server months and months ago and I've played since then. But I took a very long break and decided to come back recently. But I just CANNOT login to the game anymore. The error message I get isn't "Invalid User Name or Password," but I keep getting "Cannot connect to server." I uninstalled and reinstalled the game THREE times, I double-checked my dashboard to see that I'm merged because I DEFINITELY merged to Silver, I changed my password, everything. Nothing is working. Here's a screenshot of my dashboard. I don't know what it means. It didnt look like this before. All my time is messed up too, it looks like. Help, please? I'm sorry for the inconvenience. As first, please refrain to post images containing your IP and EMAIL because those are part of your privacy and should be kept private. About your error, could you please try to restart and reset your router and internet connection and let me know if it works? If not, please check with the following questions. ▪︎ Are you using Proxy? Try not using it, and then test again ▪︎ Are you trying to play at home/work/school? Your school/work or any public connection, they could have had their IP blocked already or be blocking the game on their network, you would need to ask them to find if that's the case It could also be your provider blocking the game, which case you could try contacting your internet provider to try and get it unblocked as seen in this post You could also use a VPN although you should check you're allowed first. Looking to your reply, have a wonderful day ! Sorry about that. I completely wasn't thinking when I uploaded that screenshot. I'm not using a proxy, I'm on my own device (Android smartphone) and I actually have a quick update but it leaves me stumped. My boyfriend tried to log in to his character on my phone and he got the same error message. But he plays the game just fine on his own phone (also an Android smartphone). Then I tried logging into my character on his phone and worked just fine. So now I'm thinking there's something going on with my actual phone and the way it receives the app. I don't get it though because it installs and starts up just fine. I just can't get onto the server. I've never had this problem before. Not on a desktop, not a phone. Do you think it's just this phone? I have a Samsung Galaxy S9. Pokereaper Posted December 13, 2018 Share Posted December 13, 2018 My game was doing this too, and on my desktop pc. It was just because Windows Defender firewall was blocking the connection. I had to add the Pro Client to the exceptions list to allow it through the firewall. I'm not sure how to do this on android exactly, maybe something to do with the permissions under your connection settings, or it could be a virus protection app you have downloaded already that is blocking it. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
