stuck at dr. oak's lab

My character in silver server get stucked inside dr. oak's lab. Whenever I speak to him no dialogue appears and when I try to bypass that and head straight for selecting a starter pokemon, dr. oak's tell me that I should speak to him first so now I am stuck at that scenario. I tried also leaving the room but it's notify me that I should select a starter pokemon first.

Hi there. Unfortunately, you may have been apart of a wipe that happened in the past. Your account would’ve been wiped if it was inactive for a year and had less than 10 hours on it. This was done to stabilize the server due to numerous crashes. Since account was wiped, then we wouldn’t be able to retrieve your data. In this case, we may be able to offer you an account reset. Are you interested in taking this offer? Your Silver account will have 80 coins on it.

There's a fault also on my part because I stop playing pokemon revolution online for almost a year now due to some our internet issue and when I notice this bug, I didn't reported it immediately for a month for I thought that the server was still in maintenance. I am happy also because you replied immediately and take action to my issue not like from other online games that I played that you have to wait for months for your concern to be noticed and solve. :)
