Toda vez que tento abrir o programa, além de demorar muito para atualizar, quando ele vai instalar o patch, aparece um erro "patch error". eu não consigo abrir nunca. já perdi mais de três horas tentando.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try the following:

  • Install the latest version of .NET Framework
  • Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive.
  • Delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the new client found HERE
  • Restart your computer
  • Run the program as Administrator
  • Disable your Firewall and Reinstall.

Please, let me know if you have been successful in solving your error and if you have any further questions.
