Unresponsive apks

why are there two apks and one is for 300 megabytes, the one for 300 megs doesn't install the app and the other one is undownloadable as far as i know

I just downloaded the APK from Mediafire (Android#1, to be exact), and it worked fine on my smartphone (Xiaomi Redmi note 5). You need to meet some requirements, in order to download and open the game:

 

Your phone should cover these specs.

If it does, you most likely need to follow the steps below:

• Delete all PRO files from your device.
  
• Delete your device's cache.
  
• Download the latest client HERE
  
• Clean your app history.
  
• Try using Incognito mode, or another browser.
  

 

If none of the steps above helped you, send me any screenshots with the said problem, for more information.

 

Let me know if these steps helped you resolve your problem. I will keep this thread open, to keep me informed about the progress.

i even tried it a 2nd time after clearing space aswell as the fact that i installed in incognito mode

Sorry again for the inconvenience you're dealing with. I need you to follow the following steps one by one, and tell me if it worked this time:

• Reset the app permissions. To do that, go to Settings --> Installed Apps --> Click on PRO -->Reset the permissions.
  
• Uninstall the game once again.
  
• Clear your trash bin and every other PRO - related file. I suggest you install CCleaner, from here (download the free edition, no need to pay for anything)
  
• Restart your device.
  
• Reinstall the latest client here
  

Make sure your device can run the application, as I said in the previous post.

how do i see if my phone can run the app

wait scratch that I've already had pro on my phone, its not that

Hello once again, @Brendanemerald.

 

I need to ask you some questions, before proceeding further:

• Have you really tried ALL of the steps above?
  
• If you have completed them, can you check if your phone has enough storage left for the application to be downloaded? Let me know how much you have, in your device.
  
• Enable "Download from Unknown sources" option in Settings
  
• When you try to download the APK, does it get stuck at any phase of the downloading, for any reason?
  
• Can you see the app in "Downloads"? If so, click on it, and let me know what it asks you/shows.
  

After completing all of the steps above, by showing me any screenshots/evidence, proceed into updating your device's software. It might help as well.

 

Let me know if after all that you managed to install the game properly.

yes i have tried all of the steps

 

yes my phone has enough space, about a gigabyte, the thing is there was an apk file that was only 100 megs and that installed just fine

 

 

yes of course my download from unknown sources is available

 

no it doesn't get stuck at all

 

and when i click it in downloads it sends me to a screen that says install and cancel
