Sorry for the inconvenience, To help you address your issue, could you start off by re-downloading the latest client at the link I have below. Before downloading the new client again, please be sure to remove and delete all other PRO client files from your system.

After you are done downloading again try logging into the game regularly. If you still are experiencing problems try the trouble shooting options down below:

  • Restart your computer
  • Run the program as Administrator
  • Disable your Firewall and Reinstall.
  • Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive. Please attach screenshot of folder path if this doesn't fix it.
  • Install .NET Framework 4.0 if client closes but patcher doesn't open.
