I did the fly hm quest a long time ago

And i cant use it... The quest require 150k

Therea nothing to do as a player beside complaining hhh

I waste 150k for nothing i feel like a completly retard lol

and if you follow the guide, you will find that you only need 50k to do the quest, and the guide said that "HM02 Fly CANNOT USE OUTSIDE BATTLE!,that means you cannot fly to another cities directly!"

HM fly just can use on battle , ,you cannot use it outside battle , ,, so you cannot fly to another city or region , , it just a battle moves . !

Hello, this is well known and I don't think it's going to change, as you know there are already mounts in the game to allow you to travel faster, you can dig, and since you finished this quest you are now able to take the subway.

 

But don't worry, this is not the only time you are gonna spend a lot of money, in fact 150k is no big deal tbh.

Also if you did the Quest and got your fly hm, you should be able to use the subway system in regions you are champion (requires kanto/johto e4 defeated to unlock). Subway system costs: 2,500 $
