Problemas para acceder a cuenta Silver

Buenas,

 

No sabia por donde escribirles y solo se me ocurrio por este sitio, No estoy pudiendo acceder a mi cuenta del server silver y no me aparece que este baned ni nada.

 

que puede estar pasando? (Me dejo fucionar la cuenta y desues de eso dejo de funcionar)

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I can see that you correctly merged your account but you didn't make the access yet.

 

Is there the possibility you are getting the error "Invalid username/password" after you merged your account? If yes, please log in the DASHBOARD and reset/change your password making sure to use an alphanumerical one (characters allowed from A to Z, 0 to 9).

If that is not the error you are experiencing, could you please attach the screenshot of the error and could you please try to restart and reset your router and internet connection and let me know if it works? If not, please check with the following questions.

▪︎ Are you using Proxy?

Try not using it, and then test again

 

▪︎ Are you trying to play at home/work/school?

Your school/work or any public connection, they could have had their IP blocked already or be blocking the game on their network, you would need to ask them to find if that's the case

 

It could also be your provider blocking the game, which case you could try contacting your internet provider to try and get it unblocked as seen in this post

You could also use a VPN although you should check you're allowed first.
