I`ve bought today Headbutt to my Bulbasaur and used it - no problems. After some hours I came back online and my Bulbasaur doesn`t have this move. I don`t have the money back and nither the move.

 

Is there any way to get it back, or I just have to pay again.

 

(Move learned in Kanto - Viridian Forest - Labirynth)

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, as stated in Before Making A Support Topic:

You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

As stated by the quote, you will not be refunded the money you lost due to a rollback. It would be unfair to the other players. Not to mention, we are unable to track NPC transactions.

Rollbacks usually occur when new information is gained, but isn't properly saved. This usually occurs in cases of a server crash. You can find more information about being hit by a rollback here.

 

If it wasn't a server crash you experienced, could you have a look at these guides to see if they resolve your crash issues:

A few points you could follow to see if they resolve your crash issues are:

 

  • Check if your drivers are up-to-date
  • Run in Compatibility Mode
  • Clear out the Cache
  • Add Firewall Exceptions

In the case that you were removed due to a scheduled downtime, you usually are informed, via a server message that is sent to everyone, that the servers will be down in 10 mins and that you will need to logout. Another way of being informed is by being in the Official PRO Discord where they announce when the servers will be taken down. In the event of long downtimes, there may be a compensation as an apology for the delay.

You will have to pay the Headbutt Tutor again in order to have your Bulbasaur learn Headbutt. If you wish to regain the money you have lost, try to do Digspots (3 Days Cooldown), Trainers (7 Days Cooldown)/Bosses (12 Days Cooldown), and hunting and trading players their desired Pokemon or Items for money.
